Unleash the power of Ceelstial creation with this Celestial Magic Asset, include 6 fun spells that are easily switchable!

Features:

• A "bracelet" selector for the spells, all you have to do is hold a gesture and turn your wrist!
• 6 unique star-themed spells!
• Two independant hands that can cast different spells from one another!

Notes:

• This doesn't work on quest.
• Adding this to your avatar will put the performance ranking to "VeryPoor", it should, nonetheless, not cause any major lag issues.
• This will not be properly usable on desktop mode.

Behavior breakdown:

To use this system, you first need to hold the peace gesture with either hands for 1 second.
Once that's done, stars will appear above your hands, you then just need to turn your wrist to select any spell you want, then let go to apply your selection

Each one of the spells has different controls and effects:

• (Yellow Star) Comet Bow -> A bow appear in your hand, grab the sting like a physbone to shoot a comet with it!
• (Blue Star) Black Hole -> Do an Open hand gesture to make a black hole appear in front of your hand, then a fist gesture to destroy it, shooting a beam of energy out of your hand!
• (Red Star) Sun Sphere - > Do an open hand gesture to make a sun appear in your hand, you can then fling it around like a Yoyo, then use a fist gesture to make it explode!
• (Pink Star) Star Ribbon -> Use a fist gesture to make a very long ribbon made out of star to appear, you can move it around.
• (Purple Star) Star Fall -> Do an open hand gesture to point to a surface, stars will start crashing down where you pointed after a bit!
• (Cyan Star) Celestial Hand -> Upon activation a celestial puppet hand will appear, it follows the same movement as your own hand!

Requirements:

• VRCFury, I won't provide support for anyone attempting to install the Magic System without it. LINK HERE
• Poiyomi shader, used for the material setup. LINK HERE

Installation:

1. Install the two requirements above.
2. Drag and drop the "Celestial Magic Prefab" prefab UNDER your avatar root (The object which have the VRC Avatar Descriptor)
3. Resize the "Celestial Magic Prefab" object, AND ONLY THAT OBJECT, so that the "Height Reference" object matches your avatar height
4. Next, you will need to move some objects in order to make the Celestial Magic fit your avatar, if your avatar is in a A-pose you also may have to rotate some objects!
5. Right Hand/Left Hand Spell should be located inside the palm of your hands
   • Fake Right Hand/Left Hand should be located inside the palm of your hands aswell
   • Right/Left SpellBracelet should be around your wrist
6. It's ready to upload.

Make sure your SDK is up to date, this asset use some component that were released in recent versions of the VRC SDK

This asset was made with both Write Defaults ON and OFF in mind and should work with both setup.

Do not:

• Re-sell or re-distribute the asset or any of the downloaded content INCLUDING:
• Reuploading to another site for free or for sale.
  • Sending the files to a friend who has not purchased the asset.
  • Porting the asset to other software/games with the purpose of reselling or redistributing the port to others who haven't purchased the avatar.
• Use or edit the asset in any offensive/hateful ways; such as but not limited to: homophobia, transphobia, racism, antisemitism, hate speech, etc.
• Use for any NFT or crypto purposes.
• Claim credit for the asset.

You may:

• Edit the files however you please.
• Upload the asset on, or as a public avatar.
• Use in Youtube / Twitter / TikTok / etc posts.
• Port the asset to other software/games, as long as you follow the rest of the TOS.
• Uploading the asset to another software/game where people who have not purchased it counts as re-distributing the avatar.

Updates:

March 19 2024 :

• Added two menu entries to lock the selector menu spawn (Serves as a toggle off, OR to lock a certain spell)
  

June 1 2024 :

• Small changes were made to try resolving some of the issues with the selector being misplaced for certain avatars.

June 12 2024 :

• Changed the Celestial Hand Spells to now mimic hand gesture instead of finger tracking, this should resolve the many problems the hands had before
• The sun spell got some change that should help with optimisation
• The asset selection menus shouldn't cast shadows anymore
